If you do qualify, these incentives can stretch your buying power.<\/p><p>But first, there is something even more important to consider. Before you can qualify for one of the housing tax incentives, and other benefits and credits,\u00a0<strong>you must file your income tax return<\/strong>. Always, the very first step is to file your income tax return.
